This site is operated by Carpiperg S.A. de C.V., located at Calle Dietistas 5, Col. La Nueva Rosita, Iztapalapa, Mexico City, C.P. 09040, Mexico. It presents our furniture design and manufacturing work and provides enquiry channels. It has no online checkout or payment process.

Sending a form or message does not constitute a purchase, acceptance of a quote or production reservation. Scope, materials, dimensions, price, taxes, deposits, schedules, delivery, installation, changes and applicable warranties will be specified in the relevant quote and contracting documents. Catalogue images and descriptions illustrate work and materials; the specific conditions of a bespoke piece must be confirmed in writing. Do not make payments based solely on an image or an unverified message.

Use the site lawfully and provide relevant, accurate information about your enquiry. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt access to restricted resources or conduct spam, fraud or activities affecting availability or other people. Do not share third-party data without authorisation.

Carpiperg’s own content and content used with permission remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Viewing the site grants no commercial exploitation licence. Reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant permission, without limiting uses permitted by applicable law.

We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors or interruptions may occur. Ask for clarification or report issues to proyectos@carpiperg.com. General technical information does not replace assessment of specific installation or manufacturing conditions. This provision does not exclude liability legally attributable to Carpiperg or reduce mandatory consumer rights or warranties.

Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other sites open third-party services with their own terms and privacy notices. The map and spam verification depend on their providers. If a function is unavailable, use the published contact channels. These circumstances do not remove our legal obligations.

We may update the site and these terms, showing the version date. Changes govern future site use and do not retroactively amend existing contracts or authorisations requiring a new expression of consent. Project-specific conditions are documented separately.

Mexican law applies. Mandatory rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable rules remain protected, including access to PROFECO and legally competent authorities or courts. These terms do not require waiver of a jurisdiction or protection mechanism available to you by law.
